Customers must provide valid ID (NID/passport) and driving license (for self-drive).
Booking is confirmed only after payment or deposit is received.
Vehicles must be used responsibly. Any illegal activity or reckless driving is strictly prohibited.
Smoking, drinking alcohol, or carrying illegal items in the vehicle is not allowed.
Customers are responsible for any damage caused during the rental period.
In case of an accident, the customer must inform City Drive immediately.
Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time and location. Late returns may incur extra charges.
Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received.
City Drive reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen issues.
Customers must inform at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations.
