• Mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket)

• Bank transfer

• Online payments (if available)

2. Advance Booking

• A minimum 30% advance payment is required to confirm a booking.

• Full payment must be made before or at the time of vehicle pickup.

3. Pricing

• All prices include fuel and driver unless stated otherwise.

• Extra hours, tolls, and parking charges may be applicable.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Full refund if canceled 24+ hours before the trip.

• 50% refund if canceled within 12–24 hours.

• No refund for cancellations made within 12 hours or no-shows.

5. Payment Confirmation

• Customers must retain proof of payment (screenshot/receipt).

• City Drive is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
